Program overview
VENDORS CAN POST TO THE HUB EVERYDAY!
The Florida Real Estate Hub Vendor Directory is a vetted list of service providers serving Florida’s real estate community. Each business is reviewed before being listed on the Directory, helping buyers, sellers, homeowners, and agents find service providers they can trust.
Directory placement gives your business visibility and allows members to easily find approved service providers in one central location.
As an added benefit, vendors listed in the directory receive approved posting access within the Florida Real Estate Hub Facebook group. All vetted vendor posts are moderated to keep the group useful, accurate, and spam free.
Vendor review includes licensing verification where applicable, online presence, relevance to Florida real estate, contact information, and compliance with group standards. Application submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Approved vendors pay $29.95 for vetting and the first month of directory placement. After that, the listing continues at $14.95 per month for continued placement, compliance review, moderation, and active posting access. If approved, you will receive a follow up email with next steps.
