Terms for Visitors, Vendors, and Event Listings
Visitor terms apply when browsing the directory. Vendor terms apply if you submit an application, are listed, or receive approved posting access in the Florida Real Estate Hub Facebook group. Event terms apply to time limited event listings in the Events or Seminars area.
Visitor terms
Applies to people browsing or using the directory site without applying as a vendor or submitting an event listing.
1. Informational use
The Florida Real Estate Hub directory and related listings are provided for informational purposes only to help buyers, sellers, homeowners, and agents discover Florida real estate service providers and relevant opportunities. You are responsible for evaluating any vendor, organizer, or event before engaging, hiring, attending, or purchasing.
2. No endorsement
A vendor appearing in the directory, or an event being listed, does not mean we endorse, recommend, certify, or rank them. Listings are provided to help members find service providers and event information, not to evaluate performance or quality.
3. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep listings clean and up to date, but we cannot guarantee completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted access. Listings may change or be removed at any time.
4. External links and third parties
Listings may include links to third party sites or services. We do not control third party content, policies, pricing, or performance. Your use of third party sites is your choice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses or damages arising from vendor services, organizer conduct, event changes or cancellations, disputes between users and vendors or organizers, or reliance on directory information.
Vendor Directory terms
Applies to vendors applying, listed in the directory, or granted group posting access.
1. What approval means
Approval means your business has been accepted for directory placement. As an added benefit, vendors listed in the directory receive approved posting access within the Florida Real Estate Hub Facebook group. Vendor posts are moderated to keep the group useful, accurate, and spam free.
Approval does not imply endorsement.
2. Vendor review and vetting
Vendor review may include:
- Licensing verification where applicable
- Review of online presence
- Relevance to Florida real estate
- Contact information verification
- Compliance with group standards
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Vetting decisions are discretionary.
We do not evaluate quality of work, pricing, reviews, performance, or customer satisfaction. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and claims.
3. Fees and renewals
Approved vendors pay $29.95 for vendor review, verification, and the first month of directory placement.
After the first month, continued listing in the Vendor Directory is $14.95 per month.
These fees cover directory placement, ongoing moderation and compliance oversight, and activation and administration of approved group posting access.
Failure to maintain an active listing may result in removal from the directory and deactivation of posting access.
4. Posting access rules
Posting access is structured to keep the group on target and clutter free. Posting access is a privilege, not a right.
Access may be limited, paused, or revoked for guideline violations, misrepresentation, excessive reports, or failure to comply with program rules.
Posting access is also subject to Facebook platform policies and enforcement, which are outside of our control.
4.1 Posting frequency
Vendor posting frequency is one post per day.
4.2 Replies to other members’ posts
Vendors may not reply to posts made by other members for promotional purposes. Vendor visibility is intended to come from approved vendor posts and directory placement.
5. No guarantees
Directory placement and posting access do not guarantee leads, inquiries, bookings, visibility, engagement, or revenue.

Classes, Seminars, Webinars & Events terms
Applies to time limited event listings promoted through the Events or Seminars area.
1. Separate product and approval scope
The Classes, Seminars, Webinars & Events listing is a separate product from the Vendor Directory.
Approval applies to the event listing itself, not to the organizer, vendor, or business.
Approval of one event does not automatically approve future events.
2. Term duration
Event listing placement and associated group posting access are active for fourteen days from approval.
After the fourteen day term ends, the listing expires.
To promote a future event, a new submission and a new administrative fee are required.
3. What is reviewed
Event review may include:
- Relevance to Florida real estate
- Clarity and completeness of event details
- Contact and registration information
- Compliance with group standards
4. Fees
The event administrative fee covers review and administration of the event calendar listing, moderation oversight, and activation of posting access.
5. Posting access
If an event listing is approved, it receives posting access in the Florida Real Estate Hub Facebook group for the duration of the fourteen day term.
5.1 Posting frequency
Event posting frequency is one post per day during the fourteen day active term.
6. Discretion and enforcement
Posting access for an event may be limited, paused, or revoked for guideline violations or misrepresentation.
Posting access is also subject to Facebook platform policies outside of our control.
7. No endorsement and no guarantees
Approval of an event listing does not imply endorsement or guarantee attendance or results.
