Event listing overview

How it works, what is reviewed, and what approval means.

The Florida Real Estate Hub Events and Seminars area is for time limited listings of classes, seminars, webinars, and Florida real estate related events.

Approval applies to the event listing only. This is not Vendor Directory approval and does not create permanent posting access.

If approved, a $19.95 administrative fee applies and covers event review, listing placement, moderation oversight, and activation of time limited posting access within the Florida Real Estate Hub Facebook group.

Event listings are active for fourteen days from approval. During the active period, approved posting of your event is permitted up to one post per day, subject to moderation and group standards, providing two full weeks of structured visibility within our 90,000+ member community.

Submitting events repeatedly is not intended as a substitute for Vendor Directory participation. If an organizer submits more than 4 events per quarter, Vendor Directory participation may be required to continue event promotion.

Posting is structured and moderated to keep the group on target and clutter free. Event posting frequency is up to one post per day during the fourteen day active term.

No. Event listings are not permitted to reply to posts made by other members for promotional purposes. Visibility is intended to come from your approved event posts and listing placement.
